TAS – IIoT Ecosystem for the Entire Machine Lifecycle

The TURCK Automation Suite combines smart configuration, efficient device management, and secure remote services in one platform.

Proof of concept: With TAS Desktop and TAS Mobile, devices can be configured and evaluated for feasibility studies directly at your Desk. TAS Edge and TAS Cloud visualize data in trial operation.

Engineering: TAS Desktop supports the configuration of controllers and IO-Link devices.

Manufacturing: TAS Desktop enables batch configuration of sensors and I/O modules as well as central installation of CODESYS control programs. Test runs can be monitored and logged with TAS Desktop or TAS Cloud.

Commissioning: TAS Desktop and TAS Mobile accelerate IP address and CODESYS management through batch processes. TAS Edge provides data for factory acceptance tests and anomaly detection – also AI-supported.

Service: TAS Edge continuously provides operating data for condition monitoring and predictive analytics. TAS Cloud also enables alarming, remote service, streaming analytics, and the implementation of custom service models.
