Reporting potential security vulnerabilities
To report a potential security vulnerability in a Turck product, please send us an e-mail to the Turck Product Security Incident Response Team (PSIRT) at psirt@turck.com.
Information on encrypted communication:

- Please attach your public key when contacting us for the first time so that two-way encrypted communication is possible.
Please send us the following information:
- Affected devices (type and order number)
If available:
- Serial number or unique ID
- Version of firmware/software
- Type of vulnerability (e.g. "denial of service")
- Information on how the vulnerability can be exploited
- Known impact of the vulnerability
- Information on the level of publicity of the vulnerability (e.g. already public or publication planned or schedule)
- Voluntary: name, organization and contact details
Please coordinate the disclosure of information about the vulnerability with us so that we can provide operators of the affected products with mitigating or remedial measures (e.g. an update) in a timely manner.
